1. Eligibility

2. Digital Products and Licensing
All products offered through GHL Plumbing Snapshot are digital in nature.
Each snapshot purchase includes a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use within one HighLevel agency account only.
You may use the snapshot across all sub-accounts and users within your single agency, but not across multiple agencies.
You may not resell, redistribute, copy, share, or transfer any snapshot, funnel, AI prompt, AI agent, automation, or digital product to another agency, company, or third party without prior written authorization from the Company.
Violation of this licensing policy may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and/or damages.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase is completed.
Exception — billing errors:

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction, misuse, or failure to implement the product.
4. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying the compatibility of our snapshots, funnels, AI tools, and automation systems with their HighLevel account and plumbing business needs before purchase.
We are not responsible for:
Improper use
Incorrect setup
Inability to achieve desired results
Failure to follow instructions

5. User Conduct
By using our website or Services, you agree not to:
Violate laws or regulations
Share, copy, or distribute our digital products without permission
Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
