Review AI Reply
Google rewards businesses that respond to reviews consistently — it signals engagement and builds trust with future customers who read the review thread before they call. But writing a reply to every review takes 3–5 minutes each. For a shop generating 30 reviews a month, that is 2+ hours of admin work that never got done.
The Review AI Reply drafts and posts a response to every new review within minutes of it going live.
How it works
- New review detected — the system monitors your Google Business Profile and Facebook Page continuously.
- Sentiment classified — 4 and 5-star reviews get a thank-you reply queue; 1, 2, and 3-star reviews get flagged for the owner to review before any reply posts.
- Reply drafted — AI writes a response in your shop’s voice, referencing the tech name or service type if it appears in the review, and including a natural call to contact you again.
- Posted automatically — for positive reviews, the reply goes live without manual approval. For negative reviews, the owner gets an SMS/email with the draft reply and approves or edits before it posts.
Why the reply wording matters
Generic replies — “Thank you for your review! We appreciate your business!” — signal a bot to any reader. Personalized replies that reference the actual service build trust: “Thanks for mentioning how quickly [Tech Name] diagnosed the slab leak, Sarah. We’re glad we could minimize the damage before it spread.”
The AI reads each review and tailors the response to the specific job mentioned, so every reply reads like it came from the owner.
Protecting your rating on negative reviews
When a low-star review comes in, the AI does two things:
- Drafts a calm, professional reply that acknowledges the concern without admitting fault or making inflammatory statements.
- Sends the owner a notification with the full review and the draft reply, so you can add context or edit the response before it posts.
This prevents the worst outcome in online reputation management: an impulsive, defensive response to a negative review that makes the situation worse in the eyes of every future customer who reads the thread.
