01What does a pipeline board design change?

The look of the GoHighLevel opportunities board: stage column headers, column backgrounds, deal cards, values, the toolbar above the board and, if you want, the list view.

02Does it change my pipelines or stages?

No. Pipelines, stages, deals and the automations that move them stay exactly as they are. Only how the board looks in the browser changes.

03How are stage colors chosen?

By column position, not by stage name. The first stage gets the first color, the second the next, repeating after the last, so a five-stage service pipeline and a nine-stage repipe pipeline both get a color on every column.

04Can my dispatcher still drag jobs between stages?

Yes. Cards do not move on hover and the board keeps GoHighLevel’s own drag and drop, so moving a job from Dispatched to On Site works as before.

05How many board designs are there?

12, from Clean Light and Gradient Headers to Midnight, Brutal and Brand Match, which builds its colors from your brand color.

06Which package includes the pipeline designer?

Pipe Pro and Full Repipe, from $407 one-time.

07Can the board match the dashboard?

Yes. Several board designs have a matching dashboard design, and both can take their colors from your brand color.
